Job Opening: Regional Sales Manager

 

QOMO HiteVison is looking for Regional Sales Managers in the following areas:
South Central: Ideal candidate resides in one of the following metropolitan areas: Houston, Dallas/Fort-Worth, Austin
West Coast: Ideal candidate resides in the one of the following metropolitan areas: Los Angeles, Phoenix
Southeast: Ideal candidate resides in the metro Atlanta area

 

We seek a long-term and mutually rewarding collaboration with candidates who fully embrace and promote our philosophy of sincere business relationships with unwavering focus on delivering competitive products, superior service and support to the customer.

 

Responsibilities:
Undertake challenge of developing existing and new client relationships thereby resulting in an overall sales growth strategy for a defined region.
Define and execute a territorial sales strategy to meet sales targets for the region. Develop territory sales plan and prospect new opportunities in target various vertical markets to promote our full product line.
Closely manage accounts and establish strong multi-tier relationships within each organization. Assume complete responsibility of the regional sales process; lead generation, product positioning, sales opportunity evaluation, quote generation, and sales closing. Participate in regional and national trade shows; conduct presentations to the visitors in addition to sales duties.
Capitalize upon QOMO’s marketing and support resources to deliver in-person sales presentations and product training which are viewed as engaging, persuasive and ultimately successful. Position our products within industry specific consulting firms. Provide proactive assistance to consultant’s need for support, technical information, evaluation equipment, and to track all opportunities from bid to award date.
Assist ongoing product development by proactively querying customers about our competition, their challenges, product limitations, etc. The RSM is expected to consistently gather this information and submit to management in a timely manner.

 

This position offers a base salary, commission/bonus, and health insurance.

 

Desired Skills & Experience :
Successful track record ideally in the Audio Visual Industry.
Possession of technical sales skills and clearly demonstrate having relationships with industry dealers, large K12 school districts and higher education institutions, distributors, design/build firms and consultants.
Experience in the educational audio/visual channel is desired but will consider other relevant sales experience.
The successful candidate must be disciplined and highly self-motivated, with a focus on achieving targets through aggressive sales growth within the specified territory.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant training, certifications and experience within the industry. The position requires significant travel within the specified region.
